I am a political independent who has spent years immersed in politics, both academically and professionally. From studying political science to managing campaigns on the ground, I’ve seen up close how our system operates.
Yet those same years also taught me a hard truth: there isn’t much room for independent thought in our system.
That’s why I created IndieNowe.
IndieNowe is for anyone seeking an independent perspective on politics in a country inundated by partisanship.
As an independent, I believe politics is situational and contingent. Every issue has its own context, and the best solutions come from understanding the honest nature of that context, not from clinging to party lines.
So join us as we explore political issues from an independent perspective.
You might agree with some of my opinions. You might disagree with others. You might love one idea and loathe the next. That’s the point.
The goal is to think critically, challenge assumptions across the political spectrum, and ask if our current beliefs still serve us.
Because only by questioning our views can we truly understand them. And only through honest dialogue can we begin to solve the problems that affect us all.
