That’s our Second Amendment. When it comes to guns in America, it is the foundation for everything and is one of the most hotly debated issues we have.
However, this debate usually centers on the interpretation of the Second Amendment and the civil liberties divide about individual rights versus community safety.
These debates on interpretation and civil liberties follow strict partisan lines and, in my opinion, cloud the real purpose of the Second Amendment.
